We decided to get a trampoline for the kids for Christmas about 6 weeks out. Matty was very helpful in advising us about the products he had in store on display. We were keen to look at a sunshade for the springfree brand and he got one into his store so we could see it set up. I received lots of follow up to be advised when the shade arrived for the demonstration trampoline and the ability to view it. Matty arranged for collecting the trampoline and having it installed before Christmas. We and the children are thrilled with the trampoline and of course the friendly helpful service we got from Matty and his teams at our local toy store.

Absolutely recommend! Purchased items over the Christmas weekend and they arrived on the 28th (selected regular post as I wasn’t in a hurry) - amazingly fast packing and postage considering the public holidays! Great communication via sms and email regarding status of order to keep me informed. Definitely recommend for efficient and easy online shopping. If we lived closer we’d shop in person too. Thanks for your great customer service.
